  Erotica stages a unique new launch party running late after the first show day closes, and aims to be a more informal non dress code event (although dressing up is encouraged.) The party will take over the main 2 rooms at either end of the lower ground floor in the atmospheric Vaults of the historic Tobacco Dock building.

  Remember to bring your e-ticket or your mobile phone ticket with you. If you do not have these items with you will not get in! Also be careful who you email tickets to or send your m-text to, As soon as the bar code has been scanned it is useless. Copying is futile. Please also note that tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled.

• For Your Imagination

  The Erotica Show is a unique opportunity to let your alter ego come out and play. We want everyone to step away from their usual character and do something a bit more risqué! However, please bear in mind that the Erotica organisers firmly believe, as shown by our bi-line, ‘FOR YOUR IMAGINATION’, that feeding the imagination is more erotic and powerful than feasting the eyes. Therefore, we impose a decently attired dress code for both visitors and exhibitors.

• Age Restrictions

  As Erotica is an adult lifestyle event, all visitors and exhibitors must be over the age of 18.

  Photography

  Cameras and photography from mobile devices is strictly prohibited at the event in the interest of allowing our guests to fully enjoy the experience without having to feel self-conscious.

  Behaviour

  The key to a great event is respect. This means no touching, swatting, patting or pinching anyone you do not know who has not asked for such attention. The outfits worn may be tempting and provocative to look at (that is the idea) but this alone is not an invitation to touch! Erotica staff will be informed of any unwanted attention and you will be ejected from the venue if you do not abide by this simple rule. These rules exist so that everyone can relax and enjoy a memorable weekend.

• Changing

  There are male and female changing rooms as well as a secure cloakroom.

  Security

  The Erotica Show is a very safe and inclusive environment. Should you encounter any unwanted behaviour, our event staff and security guards are on hand to help.

  Disabled access

  The venue has two disabled lifts at its northern end through which wheelchair users can access the event, as well as a larger (goods) lift from dockside to the vaults in the east side. There are disabled toilet facilities in the vaults level at the southern end and mid way on the upper level.

• Tickets are issued on behalf of the event organiser and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The event organiser reserves the right:
    • in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises, to refuse admission.
    • to alter the composition of the programme/event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
    • to refuse entry and use on the premises, of any form of audio or visual equipment.
    • to conduct security searches to ensure safety of patrons.
  • The purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that as members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed or photographed and sound recorded for broadcast.
  • The venue or organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage within the premises.
  • Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded.
  • IT IS ILLEGAL TO RESELL A TICKET; should a ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone the ticket shall be void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
  • There is strictly no admittance to under 18 year olds, no pushchairs and no babes in arms.

  These terms and conditions discuss the provisions which apply for any use that the User makes of See Tickets services. The User is advised to carefully read the Terms and Conditions for Use so that he is aware of his rights and obligations when he uses the services. By using the services in any way, the User accepts that he is bound by these Terms and Conditions for Use.

  1 Definitions

  The following terms with a capital letter are used in these terms and conditions. These terms will mean:

  • 1.1 “Event Organiser” refers to the party organising an “Event” and selling the “Tickets” for admission to it; namely Erotica Events Ltd (company reg in England and Wales Number 7813100, VAT Number 152 545 028 with registered offices at 26 North Street, Romford, Essex, RM1 1BH).
  • 1.2 “Event” refers organised events, including but not limited to performances of an artistic and/or sporting nature, or theatre performances, plays, musical performances, concerts and/or musicals.
  • 1.3 “User” describes a natural person or legal entity who uses See Tickets’ system and services in any way.
  • 1.4 “Terms and Conditions for Use” refers to the terms and conditions for the use of See Tickets systems and services; Intellectual Property Rights: all rights for intellectual property and related rights, such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, model rights, trade name rights, database rights and neighbouring rights, as well as rights to know how and patentable inventions.
  • 1.5 “Ticket” refers to an admission ticket to an Event.
  • 1.6 “Ticketshop” refers to See Ticket’s service which makes it possible for the User to order and/or reserve Tickets from Event Organisers.
  • 1.7 “Transaction and Service costs” means the costs charged by See Tickets to the User for the use of the Ticketshop.
  • 1.8 “See Tickets” refers to the Ticket vendors for the Events. “See Tickets” is a trademark for SEE GROUP LIMITED (Registered Office: 2nd Floor, Norfolk House, 47 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 2AB.) Used under licence by the Way Ahead Group Limited. Registered Office: 2nd Floor, Norfolk House, 47 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 2AB. Registered in England, No. 03554468

   

  2 Applicability

  • 2.1 These Terms and Conditions for Use apply to any use by the User of the Ticketshop.
  • 2.2 The version of the communication in question with the User saved by See Tickets applies as proof thereof, unless the User has proof to the contrary.
  • 2.3 Electronic communication is deemed to have been received on the day of sending, unless the contrary can be proved by the recipient. If the communication has not been received as a result of delivery and/or accessibility problems with regard to the User’s e-mail box, this is for the User’s risk, even if the e-mail box is accommodated at a third party.

   

  3 Use of the Ticketshop

  • 3.1 See Tickets provides a platform, referred to as the “Ticketshop”, making it possible to purchase Tickets from an Event Organiser. See Tickets therefore only arranges for the ordering process of the Tickets. The agreement to purchase the Tickets arises between the User and the Event Organiser in question. See Tickets only acts as an intermediary and has nothing to do with the purchase agreement between the User and the Event Organiser. These Terms and Conditions for Use therefore only refer to the use of the Ticketshop.
  • 3.2 If the User wishes to buy a Ticket, they shall have to go through the ordering process. During the ordering process, the User must provide certain information which is necessary for the Ticketshop. The User guarantees that this information is accurate, up to date and correct.
  • 3.3 If the User has purchased a Ticket using the Ticketshop from an Event Organiser, the User can download the Ticket directly via the Ticketshop. The User receives confirmation of the fact that they have downloaded the Ticket no later than 30 minutes afterwards via the e-mail address indicated by them. This confirmation offers the User the opportunity to print the Ticket again.
  • 3.4 If problems occur with regard to the working of the Ticketshop, the User may contact See Tickets via www.seetickets.com/customerservice.
  • 3.5 The User accepts that the use of Tickets as well as the access to Events may be subject to further conditions of Event Organisers. As stated in article 3.1, See Tickets is not responsible for these further terms and conditions and therefore does not accept any liability for any damage suffered by the User as the result of the further terms and conditions.
  • 3.6 The information concerning Tickets and Events, including information concerning the availability of Tickets as well as the dates of, changes to and cancellations of Events comes from the Event Organiser and not from See Tickets. See Tickets has no influence on it and no involvement in it and cannot guarantee the correctness of the information. Therefore See Tickets does not accept any liability for any damage which the User may suffer as a result of Tickets not being available and/or otherwise incorrect and/or erroneous information from Event Organisers. See Tickets also does not accept any liability for damage caused by cancellation or postponement of an Event or for the quality of the Event and/or the location where the Event will be held.
  • 3.7 The User can only use discount vouchers and/or coupons if the opportunity is explicitly offered during the ordering procedure and the discount vouchers and/or coupons were issued by an organisation which is accepted by See Tickets.

   

  4 Guarantees and indemnification

  • 4.1 The User accepts that the Ticketshop only contains the functionality and other properties as found in the Ticketshop at the time of use (“as is”). See Tickets excludes explicit and tacit guarantees, commitments and indemnification of any kind, including but not limited to guarantees, commitments and indemnification with regard to quality, safety, legitimacy, integrity and correctness of the Ticketshop.
  • 4.2 The User indemnifies See Tickets for claims of third parties based on the assertion that the activities performed by User using the Ticketshop are unlawful.
  • 4.3 The User guarantees that when using the Ticketshop:

  4.3.1 no robots, spiders or scrapers shall be used, or other applications which in any way shall perform actions other than those intended by the Ticketshop and/or

  4.3.2 no applications shall be used which monitor and/or copy the Ticketshop.

   

  5 Payment

  • 5.1 The User pays the prices stated by the Event Organiser for the Ticket as listed in the Ticketshop. Transaction and Service costs are charged for the use of the Ticketshop and will be added to the price listed by the Event Organiser for a Ticket.
  • 5.2 The prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. The listed prices may be amended without prior notification. The price stated during the ordering procedure is binding.
  • 5.3 See Tickets does not accept any liability with regard to mistakes in orders for Tickets, for example with regard to the number of Tickets and/or the kind of Event. It is not possible to cancel or exchange Tickets at See Tickets. Nor does See Tickets refund Tickets. With regard to these matters, See Tickets refers to the Event Organiser as the responsible and vendor of the Ticket.
  • 5.4 If the Event Organiser decides to refund the amount paid for a Ticket, this shall never include the Transaction and Service costs. The Transaction and Service costs shall only be refunded to the User under the conditions referred to in article 9.2.

   

  6 Ticketshop interruption

  • 6.1 Ticketshop does not guarantee that the Ticketshop shall be available at all times and without interruptions or breakdowns. Breakdowns may also, although not exclusively, occur as the result of malfunctions in the Internet or telephone connection or due to viruses or errors/defects. See Tickets is not liable in any way or liable to pay compensation vis-à-vis the User for any damage arising from or as the result of the unavailability or malfunction (temporary or otherwise) of the Ticketshop.
  • 6.2 See Tickets is entitled, without prior notification and without being liable to pay the User compensation, to shut down the Ticketshop temporarily and/or to limit its use if this is necessary in its opinion, for example in the scope of maintenance which is needed to the Ticketshop.
  • 6.3 Ticketshop is entitled without prior notification, to make procedural and technical changes and/or improvements to the Ticketshop.

   

  7 Intellectual property rights

  • 7.1 The Intellectual Property Rights with regard to the Ticketshop, including the Intellectual Property rights to the texts, images, design, photos, software, audio-visual material and other materials are vested in See Tickets, its licensors and/or the Event Organisers.
  • 7.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions for Use is intended to transfer any intellectual property rights to the User. The use that the User may make of the Ticketshop is limited to the use described here in the Terms and Conditions for Use. The User shall not perform any actions which could infringe Intellectual Property Rights of See Tickets, its licensors and/or Event Organisers, such as registering domain names or trademarks which resemble or are identical to any object which See Tickets, its licensors and/or the Event Organisers could have Intellectual Property Rights in.

   

  8 Privacy

  During the use of the Ticketshop, the User shall provide personal and other data to See Tickets. This personal and other data shall be stored and processed in accordance with applicable legislation, and not provided to third parties without prior consent unless See Tickets is legally required to do so, or in defence of its rights.

   

  9 Liability

  • 9.1 See Tickets does not accept any liability for damage as a result of issuance by the Ticketshop for wrongful act or otherwise in so far as this is permitted under mandatory law.
  • 9.2 Insofar as See Tickets, despite the provisions of article 9.1, is liable for damages meant in article 9.1, the amount of the compensation shall be limited to the Transaction and Service costs charged for the use of the Ticketshop.
  • 9.3 The User indemnifies See Tickets for all claims by third parties, for any reason, with regard to compensation of damage, costs or interest, related to or arising from its irregular use of the Ticketshop and/or violation of these Terms and Conditions for Use and/or any other rights of third parties.
  • 9.4 See Tickets’s liability limitation is not intended however to exclude liability of See Tickets for intent and/or wilful recklessness of See Tickets (“own actions”) and/or its managers and subordinates.

   

  10 Notice, dissolution and cancellation insurance

  • 10.1 Premature termination of the agreement for use of the Ticketshop is not possible.
  • 10.2 Via the Ticketshop, See Tickets offers Users the possibility of taking out cancellation insurance with an insurer. This cancellation insurance is concluded between the User and the insurer under the terms and conditions established by the insurer. See Tickets does not accept any liability for this.
  • 10.3 Both parties are entitled to dissolve the agreement to use Ticketshop if the other party fails imputably in the observance of its obligations from these Terms and Conditions for Use and after thorough and as detailed as possible notice of default has been received, containing a reasonable term for rectification of the shortcoming, continues to fail imputably in the observance of its obligations from these Terms and Conditions for Use.
  • 10.4 The performances carried out by Ticketshop before dissolution and the related payment obligation shall not be revoked in the event of dissolution.
  • 10.5 Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions for Use, See Tickets is entitled to dissolve the agreement for use of the Ticketshop directly without legal intervention and without being held liable towards the User and to cancel reserved Tickets if:
  • 10.5.1 the User does not meet its payment obligations;
  • 10.5.2 in See Tickets’ opinion, the User has committed fraud, provided false payment details, cancelled a payment or See Tickets establishes other irregularities.

Transport

Tobacco Dock is located at the junction of Wapping Lane and Pennington Street, E1. The nearest rail and DLR stations are at Shadwell and at Wapping – both no more than 5 minute walk from the venue. There may be some planned engineering works taking place over the Erotica weekend with possible disruptions to public transport, to avoid any unnecessary delays to your journey we advise you to check your planned route by visiting TFL for London’s website by clicking here.

Erotica has reserved the  car park in Wapping Lane for your convenience. From A1203 – The Highway turn into Wapping Lane E1w 2SF and take second turning on your left after approximately 100ft. Spaces are limited, however, so we recommend that you book your space early to avoid disappointment.
