Erotic Fiction Reviewer, Performance Artist & Stolen Sweeties Co-Founder

Erotica welcomes former Miss Fife, Jenna “Sweetie” Seymour, as our Resident Erotic Fiction Reviewer after her inspiring competition entry won her the position this January. An accomplished burlesque performer with an Edinburgh College of Art Bachelor of the Arts degree with Honours in Fine Art Painting, Jenna is precisely the sexy, sassy and thought provoking sort we love here. Her performances with Edinburgh dance troupe, Academy of Burlesque & Cabaret, in 2007, even led to Jenna being scouted by Larry Thomas West II and signed to West Management, before fronting a number of advertising campaigns and being selected as Miss Fife in the finals of Miss Great Britain, which in turn landed her the distinction of being the only Scottish model to-date, to have appeared on the pages of US Playboy.

Having mesmerised audiences with her classic “Golden Age of Glamour” inspired striptease shows, Jenna has since teamed up with Celluloid Artist and Fine Art Filmmaker, Leezac “Beau Beau” Robinson, to conceive Stolen Sweeties. This original concept blog offers free access to a wealth of vintage erotic images and film footage (often feature length) that captures classic eroticism and burlesque as it appeared in the gentlemen’s clubs of the 1930′s – 60′s.

Jenna’s passion for reading began with her Mother’s Mills & Boon collection in her teens, and progressed from Romantic to Pulp Fiction, later specialising in Vintage Sleaze authors such as Horace McCoy, Jim Thompson, Sheldon Lord, Don Elliott and Loren Beauchamp. Now with a keen interest in contemporary Erotic Fiction, Jenna “Sweetie” Seymour will cast a critical baby blue over 12 Xcite Books publications in her Sweetie Says blog, in conjunction with our Book of the Month features in order for readers to know what’s steamy-hot or a bit of a flop!
